Aphasia Therapy

About Aphasia Therapy

Aphasia is a language disorder that typically results from damage to the left hemisphere of the brain. This can result from a stroke, injury or other neurological illnesses. We offer therapy to address areas of language that can be affected by aphasia. This includes therapy to improve comprehension of what one hears or reads. As well as therapy to improve expression via speaking, writing, gestures, communication devices or communication apps based on the needs of the patient.
